The Steering Committee

Our Steering Committee, formally designated as the Committee for Associative Developments, is entrusted with the direction and oversight of both our joint and independent operations. Constituted from among our diverse pool of international representatives, the Committee establishes policy, prescribes organizational procedures, and assigns responsibilities for the administration of our personnel and the management of corporate resources.

Partnerships and Cooperation Directorate
Forge and manage high-impact multi-stakeholder partnerships that bridge the public and private sectors. We broker alliances, facilitate civil society engagement, and build cooperative networks that amplify development outcomes and foster inclusive growth.
Programmes and Projects Directorate
Design, launch, and oversee comprehensive development programmes and projects. We ensure rigorous project management, robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and adaptive programme design that translates strategic vision into tangible, measurable results on the ground.
Research and Policy Directorate
Generate cutting-edge research, data-driven policy analysis, and actionable knowledge products. We inform decision-making through evidence-based insights, conduct sectoral studies, and manage knowledge platforms that shape policy discourse and institutional practice.
